Whether you're a novice looking for a firm foundation on those skinny little boards, an intermediate trying to master bumps or powder or an advanced skier/rider aiming to turn a 360 into a 540, we have a lesson designed to fit you. Our experienced instructors are Professional Ski Instructors of America (PSIA) and American Association of Snowboard Instructors (AASI) certified and trained to get you safely up to speed. Best of all, they are snowsport enthusiasts who communicate their love of the sport at all levels. They're here to help.
Lessons fill up fast, so please make reservations at least 24 hours ahead of time for weekday lessons and 48 hours ahead for weekend or holiday lessons. Reservations may be made by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Reservations will be confirmed by either phone or email. Calls and emails are returned in the order they are received and we do our best to reply in a timely manner, but please note that if you have not received a reply, you do not have a reservation.
To register for a lesson, please visit our Rental department or Guest Services in the main lodge 20 minutes prior to the start of the lesson. Lessons may also be purchased at the Ski School desk at BASEcamp when open (most weekends). BASEcamp is located on the east end of the Ski Patrol/Administration building.
Our motto is keep it fun. Everyone has heard tales of people hauling their friends to the top of the mountain on their first trip and laughing at the spills and terror instilled on this initiation to snowsports. We want to put an end to those experiences. At Willamette Pass we want your first time skiing or snowboarding to be so much fun that we hook you for life. So we offer a First Timer package that includes a lower mountain lift ticket, rentals, and lesson for less than the cost of a lift ticket and rentals. We really want to get you started out right.
