To purchase or redeem your new Passport product, please complete the Passport Application in reference to the Passport product you wish to purchase and return it to Guest Services located inside the lodge at Willamette Pass. (Because we need an original signature on file, we cannot accept faxed or emailed applications. The Passport applications for Gold, Silver, and 5 Day Super Pass memberships can be downloaded from our website or picked up at the mountain.)
If you have a Ski Key from prior visits to Willamette Pass, we recommend bringing it with you so that we can convert it to your season pass for this season.

Students must provide proof of student status (at least half time for college students) and a photo ID at the time of processing the Passport application. For college students, please bring a transcript or class schedule with you when purchasing or picking up your season pass.
At Willamette Pass Resort, we want to make the process of reserving your rental equipment, ski or snowboard lesson(s) and seat on the Willamette Pass Express as easiest as possible.
Ski & Snowboard Lessons
To make a reservation for a ski or snowboard lesson, E-mail us at lessons@willamettepass.com with the participant's name, age, desired ski or snowboard lesson and day of visit for the lesson no later than 4pm the day prior. Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance.
Express Ski & Snowboard Rental
If you have an Express rental account, simply E-mail us at rentals@willamettepass.com no later than 4pm the day prior with your Express rental account number and your scheduled day of visit. Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance.
Willamette Pass Express
To make reservations for the Willamette Pass Express, which provides bus transportation to and from Willamette Pass Resort, visit our Online Store and select the date you would like to reserve your seat(s) for.
